About

Majority of people work hard ( often in jobs they don't love ) to pay bills, and live for the weekend. They feel stuck and the common phrase of ' I can't afford it ' is thrown around when it comes to doing things we love and that make us feel good, and we all deserve more than that.

When I heard Roe's story and how living an intentional life liberated her, I wanted to know more.

This conversation was one of the most interesting, expansive and diverse one I've ever had. She opened my eyes by sharing her life perspective and how she went from feeling lost, trapped, broke and like she had no choices, to clearing 11K of debt and having more joy, freedom and abundance than ever before - and she did it all as someone who hates sacrifice and whom says has no discipline.

This is for anyone wanting to get unstuck, become financially free + have more fun, abundance in their lives.

Roe sits down to get real about:

- How she overcame a shopping addiction + having no money
- What she saw on IG that changed her life
- The surprises, beauty + ease that came while paying off 11k of debt
- Her fresh perspective on living minimally
- Her tips + The Jar Method that cuts shopping bills in half
- The secret about societal pressures that may liberate you
- Her big dream to help us all get savvy with our money + living our most free lives

Love this podcast? Subscribe over at Itunes or Spotify and never miss an episode!

About

There are many ways to express our creativity but often the fear of what others may think or how they'll respond stops us from sharing, or tapping into that creativity in the first place.

This is for the creative hearts who want to express more of who they are, and the business owners who want to operate in a way that fits their Soul rather than the mould.

Society tends to place more emphasis and importance on the 'sciences' and the arts is seen as a luxury or a bit 'fluffy' but creativity holds such power to totally transform who we are, our lives and the world around us.

Ash Coffey is a 20 somethin' millennial who recognises the importance of creativity and followed her dream of building a community filled with others whom also 'got it'. She started the platform called We Take Note which highlights the amazing things people create from using their unique gifts + talents and the positive social impact they're having.

This chat is what you can expect when two 'right brained' people sit down to sip + soul - we ebb and flow across a variety of topics from overcoming fear, to how to use your creativity to spending time in prison.

Ash sits down to get real about:

- The New Years resolution that changed everything
- Her day in prison with rappers, Common + YG
- Why the world needs your creativity
- Her results from jumping head first
- The mindset that could drastically change your life + bizz
- The truth + fears of following her dreams + dealing with the 'business stuff'
- 3 modalities for direction, clarity + inspiration
- How she believes you can attract dream opportunities
- Simple, easy + effective ways to make a difference in your community

HOW NOT TO TRAVEL LIKE A BASIC

ABOUT

Many of us crave travel with purpose but often what's written about travel and dream destinations is bland + cookie cutter.

When I discovered the platform How Not To Travel Like A Basic Bitch (with over 150K readers) I knew I had found a kindred spirit + jumped at the chance to sit down with Founder, Kiona about her anti-cookie cutter travel blog, diversity, what we can learn from local and native perspectives about the places they call home + how not to travel.

Travel is the greatest teacher and powerful tool for breaking down barriers and helping humans connect to themselves and one another, however - so often the essence, deeper meaning and authentic experience is lost.

This chat is refreshing, controversial, straight up honest and non- sugar coated goodness about why we need to think about the ways we travel.

We sit down to get real about:

- What it means to travel like a basic b*tch + how to avoid it
- How we can enhance our travel experience
- the importance of local and native insights about the destinations we visit
- Voluntourism
- Making mistakes + what to do when we mess up
- Travel research + packing tips
- Easy ways to meet people while travelling Solo
- Managing fear of the unknown
- The personal growth + Soul benefits of travel

Rhys Ibbott

LISTEN IN:

Love this podcast? Subscribe over at Itunes or Spotify and never miss an episode!

ABOUT

Rhys and Danielle met 10 years ago during the times of late summer nights and dance floors and he'd always been known as a fit, strong, healthy, guy so when he almost died during an overseas adventure in London - it was a shock to say the least.

Rhys would regularly push his body to the limits, instead of dealing with his stress or emotions,  trying to distract his mind with extreme exercise or drinks with his friends. When he suffered 4 cardiac arrests before the age of 30 Rhys battled with the mental and physical challenges that come with a cardiac disease and was forced to make some big changes.

Rhys opens up and gets real about:

- The chance encounter that saved his life
- Finding purpose and passion in our struggles
- Tools and coping mechanisms to deal with every day stresses
- What facing death has taught him about life
- How to live in a more healthy and balanced way
- The benefits of mindfulness
- Dealing with negative thoughts and emotions instead of running from them

ABOUT OLIVIA

Olivia O’Connor is a thought leader, adventure seeker, and founder of #RadLivin - a unique annual festival created to inspire you to do what you would love to do now, rather than waiting for the future.

She launched Don't Tell Summer as a platform to inspire her generation to be themselves and say yes to the things that excite them.
